Hey guys welcome back to my blog. Today I will be telling you the activities that you can do to make your self calm.

1) Lying on your bed
2) Listing to music
3) watching satisfying videos.
4) listing to the birds chirping.
5) Drawing\doodling\colouring
6)Relaxing
7) Painting.
8) Fidgeting with hands|fingers.
9) Reading a book



What could you fell when you do any of these activities.
1) Happy
2) Sleepy
3) Relaxed
4) Satisfied
5) Tranquillity
6) Dreamy



That's all I would do to keep me calm and relaxed.
