How many tsp of sugar in a drink

Hi guys welcome back to another post of mine.

Today I will be showing you how much sugar you drink.
In health we have been learning about ourselves and how we can keep our body's healthy.

For this lesson we had to be in a group of 3-6 people. My group had 6 people.

Here is a picture of my group.

 


in my group we have me/Aj, Abby, Amanda, Hunter,Mattisin and Shontai.

here is another photo but showing how much sugar there is in different drinks.



Cola: 16-20 tsp  (600-ml Bottle)
Sport drinks: 14 tsp  (600-ml bottle)
Fruit juice: 8 tsp  (400-ml bottle)
Energy drinks: 14 tsp (500-ml bottle)
Powdered drinks: 6 tsp  (250-ml glass)
Flavoured milk: 6 tsp  (250-ml bottle)


High sugar drinks contribute to tooth decay and overweight. =time to run off caloric energy in the drink.

I never knew that there could be so much sugar in one drink. I only found that out a few days ago when we did this health lesson.
