When we stay on our devices late at night we tend to stay up a little longer than we thought we would. Some kids like to keep their phones or Chromebooks in their room but that's when something bad could happen. Like your phone it can blow up and hurt or maybe even kill you.
Our parents care so much about us that they try and try to keep us safe so we don't get badly injured or killed. Parents keep their phones in their rooms because of emergencies or when work calls. Parents are more careful with their devices.
If you stay up late on your devices that you won't be as healthy as you are right now. Technology is bad for your health because you might eat dinner or breakfast in your living room and watch tv and you won't know how fast you're eating and your body can't keep up so after you're finished you want seconds. When you eat seconds of dinner you get full and still keep eating and after you're finished you get sick.
When you get home after school you get straight onto your devices and stay on it for over an hour. Kids should have a time limit of how long they can be on technology like 8:30 or 7:00. That's the best time limit there is for your technology if you have dinner early, or late.
